The diverse Forest Orchard Neighborhood is located just southeast of downtown Tulsa. It is bounded by 11th Street, Utica Avenue, Peoria Avenue and the Broken Arrow Expressway. Forest Orchard originated as the result of the joining of the Forest Park and Orchard Additions. Formed just prior to 1915, both neighborhoods came together to create a small but vibrant community filled with residential homes and businesses. Forest Orchard is situated between two well-known historic neighborhoods: the Cherry Street corridor and The Pearl District. These neighborhoods have seen exponential growth over the past ten years and Forest Orchard is following suit.
