As of July 2017, The Lobeck Taylor Family Foundation announced that it will develop a $5.5 million dollar “Mother Road Market” to include 16 small shops, bar, space for pop up restaurants and indoor/outdoor seating areas as well as children’s activities and a special event space. The first tenant will be Andonlini’s pizza and the project is expected to be completed by late spring 2018.
